Hi there! I’m Kate York, owner of Just Beachy VA. I’m a California native, a lover of sunshine and spreadsheets, and a firm believer that good bookkeeping should be simple and stress-free.

While I’ve worked across a variety of service sectors, I’ve found my sweet spot in the ones I enjoy most: vacation rentals, property management, and nonprofit bookkeeping. I'm a certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, QBO Payroll ProAdvisor, and Gusto Payroll Specialist, with experience across platforms commonly used in these spaces.
